　　网友文发来视频求助：我13日晚八点四十分将电动车停在凯旋公馆B区地下停车室，今天早上上班发现电动车失踪，后查了视频，发现当晚9点10分，一个穿白色体恤花色短袖、米色短裤、头戴灰色帽子、脚踩拖鞋的男子将车子开走。
